To show our appreciation to our community, we have developed a Referral Rewards Program to thank you when you bring us new clients or return as a repeat client.

Earn Gift Cards, Cash Back, or Discounts on future work for referrals

$100 -completed jobs of $1,000 to 3,999

$200 – completed jobs of $4,000 to 9,999

$500 -completed jobs of $10,000 to 19,999

$1,000 – Completed jobs of $20,000 and up

Referral Program Rules:

1. The referral must be brought to Earth Homes’ attention either before or no later than the first meeting with the referred client. (Remind your referrals to mention you by name when they set up an appointment with us!)

2. The Referral Reward will be paid by check after the final payment has been made for the project. Option for Gift Card to local businesses instead of check.

3. The Referral Reward amount will be paid from the original signed contract – change orders or future contracts are not included

4. Payments over $599.99 require a W-9 to be filled out and a 1099 issued to comply with the IRS

5. If you are a repeat client hiring us for a job, you may apply your Referral Reward as credit to your final bill

5.1 The credit will be used towards the final payment of the project

5.2 The credit amount will be paid from the original signed contract – change orders or future contracts are not included
